Rate Schedule
March – September from $360 per night for 2 guests.
October – Februaryfrom $380 per night for 2 guests
Additional guests $75 per head per night
- Rates are based on 2 adults staying in the Master bedroom (King size bed) including linen and bath towels
- Additional guest rate includes linen and bath towels
Notes
- Minimum 2 nights stay
- Additional $240 cleaning fee per stay
- No smoking
- No pets
Arrival and departure times
- Check in time is 2pm. (An earlier arrival time may be negotiated where possible)
- Departure time is 10am – late departures incur a fee
Booking Conditions
- To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is to be paid within 5 days of booking. The total is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation prior to 30 days before arrival will result in your deposit being forfeited.
- Cancellation prior to 14 days before arrival will result in 50% of the total cost being forfeited.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival will result in 100% of total cost being forfeited.
- A refundable bond of $500 is required; due 7 days prior to arrival.
