Rates and fees
February – November from $300 per night. Talk to us about reduced rates for longer stays during this period.
December – January $360 per night
Couples – $300 per night
SA School and Public Holidays – $360 per night
Linen on request – $25 per bed
- Rates are based on 2 adults staying in the Master bedroom (King size bed) with linen provided.
- Rates increase by $25 per night for each extra adult and $15 per night for each extra child.
Notes
- Minimum of 2 nights stay
- No smoking inside
- No pets allowed
Arrival and departure times
- Please do not arrive prior to 2pm. (An earlier arrival time may be negotiated where possible.)
- Departure time is 10am – to allow Belle Beach House to be prepared for the next guest’s arrival.
Booking Conditions
- To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is to be paid within 5 days of booking. The total is due 21 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation prior to 28 days before arrival will result in your deposit being forfeited.
- Cancellation prior to 14 days before arrival will result in 50% of the total cost being forfeited.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival will result in 100% of total cost being forfeited.
- A refundable bond of $500 is required; due 7 days prior to arrival.
